1990–99
Expanding Reach
Earthquake repairs, major renovations, and landmark projects including a 120,000 sq ft warehouse renovation for Disney and film studio remodels for Warner Bros.
2000–09
Growth & Scale
A 68-unit hotel, 27,000 sq ft industrial building, USC campus work, and office tenant improvements across Encino, Woodland Hills, Brentwood, and Pasadena.
2010–25
Continued Work
Residential and commercial construction across Studio City, Tarzana, La Cañada, and throughout the San Fernando Valley — the same standard of quality on every project, regardless of size or scope.

A new name built on the same foundation. Valley West Builders carries forward nearly five decades of hands-on experience with a modern approach to construction management, client communication, and project delivery across Los Angeles.
